Please note all services are for residents of Harrow who are 18+ and have mental health issues. We have adapted the service to the new environment and are currently able to offer a programme of online groups (please see attached timetable) and/or 121 structured goal-orientated phone sessions following an agreed upon support plan. The latest guidance that we have received from Health & Safety colleagues in Harrow Council is that it is not possible to return to use of the Bridge building for the delivery of direct services to clients for the immediate future and so adapted service will be by phone and online and in the community once Government regulations allow. Activities include art, gardening, sport and fitness classes, support/therapeutic or social groups. We offer one-to-one support and a range of recovery-based activities which are either free, or can be accessed through personal budget, or by self-funding. ![]() The Bridge is a safe place for people experiencing mental illness, where they can receive assistance from trained staff and volunteers as part of their recovery process.
